Week 40

Pics of the Week Upcoming:  This coming week we have so many great events!  On Monday we have a live Engineering Competition (parents welcome), and yearbooks go on sale.  On Wednesday we have the 6th grade show (parents welcome).  The 1pm matinee is mostly for our students, and the 7pm evening show is mostly for families, followed by graduation.  Then there is the Spelling Bee on Thursday (parents welcome), and the 2nd grade Living Museum of Historical Heroes on Friday!  WOW! Week at a glance:  Monday:  Engineering Fair @9 (parents welcome); Yearbooks on Sale $20 Tuesday:  Quiet Time Wednesday: PIZZA DAY; 6th grade show at 1 (parents welcome) and 7pm (graduation after evening show) Thursday:  Spelling Bee at 9:15 (parents welcome) Friday: Quiet Time; 6th grade graduation trip leaves at 10:45; 2nd grade Historical Heroes at 1pm Best Links:  PAY ATTENTION TO THE CALENDAR!  PLEASE!  Classes are depending on each child to be present for special events like the SPELLING BEE! Messages:  ABSENCES:  Please let us know immediately why your child is absent, especially if it involves any suspected contagious illness such as FLU, STREP THROAT, COVID, etc. Review:  In the pics we have the 4th and 5th grade shows from this week.  Second graders have a butterfly moment.  (Is that supposed to be symbolic Ms. Deborah?)  Eighth graders are enjoying the best field trip Progressive School has!
